Terms and Conditions

* To be qualified, the lead must purchase a new roof or replacement roof that is at least 1800 sf. Insurance claims are welcome. You may not refer to your primary residence, however, if we replace the roof on your primary residence, you may receive referral rewards for second homes and or rental properties. All referrals must be made within a 12-month period. The 12-month period begins from the date of receipt of the final payment of your first referral. All points must be final billed to count for the calendar year. The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals, NEPA Builders representatives are not responsible for entering their information into the program for the referrer. You must be 18 years of age to participate in the NEPA Builders Referral Rewards Program. You must leave an online review on our Google Page. A review will be verified at the time that you redeem your NEPA Builders Reward.  

$250 referral fee will be paid within 7 to 10 days of a completed new roof installation that has been paid in full.  The $250 referral fee does not apply to roof repairs, only full roof replacements. The referred person must be the owner of the referred property.  All referrals must be within our service area.
