Raising The Roof
NEPA Builders is partnering with Fox 56 and 84 Lumber Company to give a free roof replacement to a local family in need. We are reaching out to the people of Northeast Pennsylvania to send in your nominations for a family who could use a helping hand.
We are excited to give back to local families, which is why we have started our “Raising the Roof” project. At NEPA Builders, our Vision Statement “Building a Better Northeast” has many meanings. In this case it represents the relationships we are Building with our community. Our community supports us year after year by trusting us to work on their homes, and we are excited to be able to give back to people who mean so much to us. Team is everything to us, and all of our team members share the values of family and friendship. The Raising the Roof Project will allow our Team to come together as a family to help other local families in need.
*Terms and Conditions**
* To qualify, be qualified, the nominee’s roof must not be larger than 3,500 square feet, and the home must not be taller than 2 stories. You may not nominate your own primary residence, however, you can refer immediate family members. The nominee’s home must lie within the boundaries of the following counties (Lackawanna, Luzern, Wyoming, Wayne, Monroe, Bradford, Clinton, Sullivan). The home must not be condemned by the city or township in which it lies. The nominee’s home must not be in foreclosure. The nominee’s home must not have any mechanics liens against it. The nominee’s roof must not have an open insurance claim against it. The roof structure of the nominee’s home must be in good standing. NEPA Builders will replace the surface components only, not the structural components. The nominee’s home must be their primary residence. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Raising the Roof Program.
