Student Athlete Nomination

Do you know a PIAA District 2 student-athlete who is deserving of a $2,500 scholarship? NEPA Builders invites you to nominate a  graduating District 2 student-athlete who is part of your community. We’re looking for students who excel in the classroom and in sports, as well as contributing members of their community. 

NEPA Builders is committed to building a better northeast, and this is just one of the ways we’re doing it! To nominate a graduating senior, please fill out the form below and send your video to nepabuilders.scholarship@gmail.com! 

Scholarship Qualifications

* To be qualified, the nominee must:

• Be a PA District 2 High School Senior Athlete who is graduating and taking the next step to attend Postsecondary Education. 
• Have maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher throughout high school.
• Is considered by their teammates and coaches to be a positive and supportive team player.
• Is a contributing member of their community.
• The athlete must submit a video of themselves describing the above qualifications. Video length must be between 3 to 5 minutes long and can be taken with a smartphone or any digital camera. 
• The athlete must submit the names of 3 people who we can contact with questions regarding the qualifications listed above. 

*Terms and Conditions*

• You may not nominate your own child/student. However, you can refer immediate family members. 
• Failure to submit video and references will disqualify the nominee. 
• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Athlete Scholarship Program
• The student-athlete must be a graduating senior that has been accepted into a Postsecondary School

The deadline to submit nominations/videos is June 21, 2024
