The Challenge

A newly constructed home in Clarks Summit featured a door that opened to nowhere, leaving homeowners without access to their outdoor space. With no prior deck-building knowledge, the family discovered NEPA Builders working on a neighbor’s project and began their journey to create a beautiful outdoor living area.

This family wanted to extend their living space outdoors but needed a custom deck that provided both open-air enjoyment and a covered area for all-weather relaxation.

Our Solution

We designed and built a custom L-shaped deck measuring 14′ x 39′ and 27′ x 8′, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.     Process

    The initial contact occurred in December and January, with construction scheduled to begin in May. Foreman Ryan led the project with meticulous attention to detail, asking thorough questions throughout the build and maintaining excellent communication with the homeowners.
